Guideline for CPD/Oral Presentation
∙ All lecture presentations must be accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation
∙ Please prepare your presentation using the most recent version of Microsoft PowerPoint
∙ The PC for the seminar is Windows 11 and the application is PowerPoint for Windows
∙ The screen aspect ratio will be 16:9
∙ The on-site computers will only support PowerPoint format
∙ Please submit the PowerPoint slides to the secretariat (h200152@med.u-ryukyu.ac.jp) by email no later than 9:00 PM (JST) on April 11
∙ CPD: Presentation 30 min, Q&A 5 min (total 35 min) ∙ Oral Presentation: Presentation 15 min, Q&A 5 min (total 20 min)
Guideline for Poster Presentation
∙ Poster Panel: 210 cm (H) × 90 cm (W)
∙ Poster Presentation: Presentation 3 min, Q&A 2 min (total 5 min)
∙ Posters can be displayed from 8:30 am, and must be removed by 18:00
∙ Please wear the speaker’s ribbon provided at the registration desk
∙ Please receive a pointing stick for your presentation from the chairperson.
